Yoga can be a great and very easy way to get your body and mind ready for the day. According to Yoga instructor Brett Larkin, a quick 15-minute session can clear the mind, loosen up the body, and wake you up better than a cup of coffee.
Next time you are struggling to get out of bed, try walking over to a mat or any carpeted area and follow these basic exercises. The poses should wake you up but also stretch out your hips, shoulders, and back.
