You need to do something while you wait for all that delicious food to get cook? How about watching this collection of Thanksgiving entertainment to keep the hungry crowds entertained.
“The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” 9 a.m. Eastern, NBC
Watching huge floats, marching bands, celebrity guests who sing and dance and, of course, the arrival of Santa Claus has become the iconic Thanksgiving Day tradition across the country. This year marks the 91st parade to march down the New York City route, and there are some special new characters joining this year’s parade that you won’t want to miss.

In honor of the most wonderful time of year, Dreamworks is dropping a “Trolls Holiday” TV special. The half-hour special will air at 8:30 p.m. EST on Friday, Nov. 24 on NBC. So mark your calendars or set those DVRs!
