Do Not Sell My Personal Information and the California Consumer Privacy Act
The purpose of this page is to explain:
- Scripps will never sell personal information in the common sense of the word.
- Why Scripps’ websites and apps contain the “Do Not Sell” link.
- Your choices and what will happen if you tell Scripps not to “sell” your information.
- Scripps does not sell your data.
Why Scripps’ websites and apps contain the “Do Not Sell” link
The “Do Not Sell” link is on our websites and apps to inform you of your right to opt out of this kind of advertising and to provide you a convenient way to exercise your right. Although the CCPA only applies to California consumers, we allow non-California residents the same choices about their personal information.
